Brand Package Option 1:
Logo Design Starter

Option 1 provides a custom logo design tailored to your organization’s unique position, along with final finished files for your use in various print and digital branding needs. You can begin with Option 1, and pursue style guides at a later phase of your brand development. We’ll be beside you as you grow!

This package is best for solopreneurs or for budget-conscious organizations who would like to get started with the branding process the right way with a professionally designed logo, and those who plan to partner with us to develop their future marketing materials.

Complete Package Details

  • Consultation: We will interview you/your team with a questionnaire and a 1-hour meeting to determine your preferences and how to best position your brand visually.
  • Contract: We will send a contract to your team’s authorized signer. When we receive the signed contract and 50% of the payment due, we will begin the project with the Research phase.
  • Research: We will conduct competitor/partner research and brand analysis to set your brand apart.
  • Design: We will conceptualize and design your logo using our experience and knowledge combined with data from our client interview and industry research. Logo will be legible in either color or black and white and at sizes as small as 1" x 1", be semantically appropriate, and appear proportionate in contexts that necessitate either landscape or portrait orientation.
  • Deliver Electronic Files: Files will include scalable .eps vector files, .jpg files in various sizes for print use, and transparent .png files in various sizes for screen use. Logo files will include logomark, wordmark, portrait-orientation, and landscape-orientation; and versions for use on both light and dark backgrounds.
  • File Name and Color Key: We will provide a PDF letter with a key to logo file names and what each is for, along with hex, rgb, and cmyk color profiles for each color used in the logo.
  • Revisions: Up to 2 hours of logo revisions is included.
  • Communication and Project Management: Up to 2 hours of verbal and written communication is included.
  • Timeline: 4-5 weeks. 3 weeks to produce high-fidelity logo draft, plus 1 week to produce final files following client approval (client approval is estimated to take 1 week). We will send the final invoice once logo files have been provided (or once style guide has been provided if getting a package that includes a style guide).
  • Additional Designs: Additional design concepts + renderings are available for $900 each.
  • Additional Services: Additional revisions, file creation, or communication time outside of the initial project scope is available at our current hourly rate. Final invoice will include any additional services accrued up to the point the final Option 1 project invoice is created. Further and ongoing services beyond the final project invoice are always available.

Brand Package Option 2:
Logo Design Plus Basic Logo Style Guide

Option 2 includes everything from Option 1 plus a logo usage style guide. The logo usage style guide includes visual and textual instructions for how to use the logo in various contexts. Topics and visual examples include legibility, foreground and background color usage, accessibility, and general brand preservation.

This package is best for soloprenuers who want to handle their own marketing using a guide to help prevent logo usage faux pas, or for organizations who would like to give their teams a basic guide for proper logo usage in their day-to-day operations.

Complete Package Details

All details from Option 1 are incorporated here, plus:

  • Design: We will conceptualize and design your style guide using our experience and knowledge combined with data from our client interview and industry research.
  • Deliver Electronic File: File will be an 8-page full-color branded 11” x 8.5” PDF, the traditional size of a brand style guide. Both print- and web-ready PDF files will be provided.
  • Communication and Project Management: Up to 1 hour of additional verbal and written communication is included.
  • Additional Pages: Some logo usage style guides may benefit from covering more extensive topics. In such cases, we may recommend a 16-page style guide (8 additional pages). This option costs an additional $1350.
  • Revisions: Up to 2 hours of style guide revisions is included.
  • Printing (Optional): We can manage the professional printing of your style guide for $450 plus printing costs (print cost will be determined primarily by quantity and paper selected. Current pricing will be obtained from printer and provided to client.).
  • Timeline: 2-3 weeks following completion of logo design process outlined in Option 1. 1-2 weeks to produce logo usage guide, plus 3 days to produce final files following client approval (client approval turnaround time is estimated to take 1 week). We will send the final invoice once the final style guide file has been provided. Printing (if applicable) will add to the timeline.
  • Additional Services: Additional revisions, file creation, or communication time outside of the initial project scope is available at our current hourly rate. Final invoice will include any additional services accrued up to the point the final Option 2 project invoice is created. Further and ongoing services beyond the final project invoice are always available.

Brand Package Option 3:
Logo Design Plus Full Brand Style Guide

Option 3 includes everything from Option 1 plus a full brand identity style guide. The brand identity style guide includes everything from Option 2, including visual and textual instructions for how to use the logo in various contexts. Additional sections explore further brand development, from brand voice to typography to renderings of the logo represented on physical objects and in physical spaces. All topics will be brought together into a single, unified 24-page document.

Additional topics include brand voice, brand keywords, typography/fonts, colors, supplementary visual motifs to accompany the brand, photography moodboards (if applicable), and visual representations of brand logo and accompanying motifs across various marketing paraphernalia which may include t-shirts, vehicles, office doors, notepads, etc.

This package is best for organizations who would like to give their team an “official” brand identity style guide so that team members can refer to it to understand, and therefore better represent, the organization. Every member of the organization, and especially marketing/social media managers, should be steeped in the organization’s visual and textual voice to accurately portray the brand in their operations.

  • Design: We will conceptualize and design your style guide using our experience and knowledge combined with data from our client interview and industry research.
  • Deliver Electronic File: File will be a 24-page full-color branded 11” x 8.5” PDF, the traditional size of a brand style guide. Both print- and web-ready PDF files will be provided.
  • Communication and Project Management: Up to 1 hour of additional verbal and written communication is included.
  • Additional Pages: Some custom brand style guides may benefit from covering more extensive topics. In such cases, we may recommend a 32-page style guide (8 additional pages). This option costs an additional $1350.
  • Revisions: Up to 2 hours of style guide revisions is included.
  • Printing (Optional): We can manage the professional printing of your style guide for $450 plus printing costs (print cost will be determined primarily by quantity and paper selected. Current pricing will be obtained from printer and provided to client.).
  • Timeline: 5-6 weeks following completion of logo design process outlined in Option 1. 4-5 weeks to produce logo usage guide, plus 3 days to produce final files following client approval (client approval turnaround time is estimated to take 1 week).
